The key responsibilities of this job involve supervising and coordinating work on repair and on harbor employees. You have to be able to maximize the available resources in working on the internal and external customers. You must also oversee the projects on your department while making sure that utmost importance is given to health, environment and safety.

Engineers: To qualify for this, you must already have attained sufficient experience on drill rigs. You will be in charge of the control room operations, vessel operation, handling of the anchor and supervising the maintenance of the vessel. It is also part of your job to safeguard the crew and the vessel. You will also manage the paper work, cost control, on the job training and in making sure that tasks are done on time.

Dry Dock Operations Supervisor: Your duty involves overseeing and making sure that day-to-day operations of the company are in order. You will also be responsible in maintaining and managing the dry dock and all its components.
