One has to prepare oneself to be a good mummy by improving the knowledge of baby care, and the post delivery medicare.  One must be emotionally prepared to keep changed with the physical, and emotional changes one is subject to in this period.  The job of a loving man in the period cannot be over emphasized.  It is he who has to give her the care, comfort, and the confidence to prepare herself to become a matured, healthy and loving mother.
